Some people who work in IT may end up confusing you more than helping you. They throw around lots of acronyms and terminology. Remember, computers are tools to help you, accomplish your goals. The computer should work for you, not the other way around. And a good IT consultant, works for you too – answers your questions and solves your problems.

I’ve been a systems engineer for over 12 years. I have expertise in, but not limited to: Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems (NT, 2000, XP, Vista), server operating systems (NT, 2000, 2003, 2008), Linux ,Solaris, Mac OSX, computer hardware, web sites, scaling IT infrastructure, networks (wired and wireless). And sorry, I do apologize for throwing those acronyms your way
