Operating System Upgrade or Reinstall/System Restore
Operating system licensing and disks are NOT included, customer must have recovery disks. Operating system reinstalls and system restores result in loss of all data.

Antivirus/Spyware Diagnostic and attempt repair – Many new viruses and spyware programs can never be fully removed and require system restore/operating system reinstallation. There are some, however, that can be removed.
Time varies greatly and is typically best done offsite.
